Salting: In brine.
Aging: 48 hours.
Weight: 3,0/4,0 Kg.
Shape: Cylindrical, striped.
Rind: Light yellow, striped.
Color and texture: White to pale yellow, soft with small holes.
Taste: Delicate and sweet.
Storage life: 12 months.
Storage temperature: +4/+8 °C.
